Shipping & Local Pickup

United States shipping only

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Available delivery methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout or included in a custom-order quote before payment.

Production time

Standard made-to-order items are normally completed within 7 days after payment and approval of all required personalization or artwork details. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Holiday and high-volume periods may require a different production schedule. Any different turnaround time will be posted on the website or quoted and confirmed with you before the order is finalized. Contact us before ordering for a time-sensitive occasion.

Shipment estimates and delays

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a revised shipment date or cancelling for a prompt refund.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available only when confirmed for your order. Please wait until we notify you that your item is ready and follow the pickup instructions provided. Alyssa’s Booth 349 is not a return address unless we specifically authorize it.

Delivery problems

Please verify your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if a shipment is missing or damaged so we can help investigate.
