About this store

Shellback Woodworks offers handcrafted and personalized goods from Milton, Florida. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases, together with the applicable product description, confirmed custom specifications, Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Local Pickup Policy, and Custom Orders & Artwork Policy.

Orders and payment

Review your design selections, quantities, delivery details, and total price before payment. Prices are in United States dollars unless otherwise displayed. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before payment. If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it and will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.

Products and production

Standard made-to-order items are normally completed within 7 days after payment and approval of required details. Holiday or high-volume turnaround times may differ and will be posted or quoted separately. Handmade materials may vary as explained in the listing and Custom Orders & Artwork Policy. Photographs and mockups do not override stated dimensions, included components, or approved specifications.

Custom orders

Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled or returned after production starts, except when required by law or when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order.

Website use and intellectual property

Do not misuse this website, interfere with its security, or submit unlawful material. Our original website content and artwork, and content licensed to us, may not be reproduced for commercial use without the relevant permission. Customer-owned artwork remains the customer’s property.

Privacy and third-party services

Read our Privacy Policy for information about personal data. Shopify hosts the store. External websites and services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite the agreed terms of an existing order.
